Cold process soap making is an art that requires patience and precision. At Gypsy Soul Handmade, most of our soaps are made using this traditional technique, allowing us to create a gentle, moisturizing bar that is perfect for all skin types. We also offer a selection of hot process soaps that use heat to speed up the saponification process, resulting in a bar that is quickly ready for use. Our artisanal soaps are made with the highest quality ingredients, and we offer something for everyone

Packaging

At Gypsy Soul Handmade, we believe in sustainability and responsibility which is why we package our products using a type of shrink film that is designed to degrade in landfills over a period of 2-3 years, unlike most standard plastic shrink wraps that can take a 1000 years to break down. Fragrance oils - Standards and always Phthalate free

Our fragrance oils are specially selected to create soaps that not only smell divine, but that are also safe for your skin. We follow the recommendations of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) to ensure that our products meet the highest safety standards. IFRA publishes a list of usage standards for fragrance materials, limiting or prohibiting the use of ingredients based on the findings of the Research Institute of Fragrance Materials. Rest assured that when you use our handmade soaps, you are getting the safest and highest quality fragrance oils available.

We resource our fragrance oils from companies partnered with the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials (RIFM), an organization that is dedicated to providing scientific information on the safety of fragrance ingredients.
